- Recirculation: Chilled water continuously recirculates on both the internal and outer surfaces of vertically suspended, double-walled cylindrical evaporators.
- Maximum Surface Area: This double-walled design utilizes 100% of the evaporator surface, freezing ice faster and more efficiently than standard methods.
- Gravity Harvest: When the ice is ready, hot gas is introduced to the evaporator. This gently breaks the bond, allowing the ice cylinders to fall by gravity alone—eliminating the need for complex scraping mechanisms that often break.
